Affordable Housing is one of the biggest current needs in Pierce County. By becoming a Property Partner with the Landlord Liaison Program, you can help solve that need, while at the same time occupying your units.
When a property owner/manager decides to become a Property Partner with LLP, they will have exclusive access to benefits such as Risk Mitigation Funding (provided by Washington State and Pierce County) & Rent-Ready Tenants.
Property Partners agree to apply relaxed screening criteria to applicants for their units. In exchange, LLP and participating service agencies will provide rapid response to any concerns, along with support and assistance to achieve sustainable, long-term tenancies.
LLP is not a direct-to-client service - it is accessed by Rapid Rehousing Programs funded by Pierce County. This means that any tenants going into Property Partners' housing units will be properly prepared to enter housing.
