Tina McLeod
Program Manager
Christina (Tina) McLeod became the Program Manager for Landlord Liaison Program (LLP) in June 2020. Tina brings over twenty years of housing advocacy work to this role, including over ten years of racial equity and justice work. Tina believes “housing is at the heart” of the work to address inequities in our communities; and that our community partner relationships are the foundation from which LLP will increase access to housing opportunities throughout Pierce County.
Tina has a strong understanding of how our housing systems were built and knows that it takes intentional and visionary work to dismantle institutional policies and practices that created and/or support segregation and inequities that contributed to our current homelessness crisis; and then to implement policies and practices, like LLP, to ensure equitable access to well-maintained, affordable housing opportunities for community members with lived experience of homelessness.
